15 Years Later: "How Great Leaders Inspire Action" by Simon Sinek

Arguably one of my favorite videos on counter-cultural thinking that challenges a companies' reason to exist. Simon Sinek presents a concept that could change "how" you think about what motivates people, differentiates a company and makes a lasting impression through a company's mission. This video went live about 15 years ago and is still a relevant watch for any entreprenuer. If you have never seen this video... you are welcome. If you have seen it... maybe it's worth a re-watch.
